Have an Zola Acai drink or a bowl of Captain Crunch. (no more captain crunch soon, its not on the diet)
Watch TV till about 3pm
Take a nap till 4pm
Eat Dinner at 5pm
Watch Jiu Jitsu instructionals, Read Jiu Jitsu articles, Post on Jiu Jitsu Forums, Read Jiu Jitsu blogs (which I have learned a lot of bloggers are out of commission like myself) Create Jiu Jitsu work out routines for myself for when I get back to training, till about 1 am
Watch the Joy of painting with Bob Ross, No I am not kidding the dude allthough a hippie creates an amazing painting in 30 minutes. Plus at 2 am there isn't much else on.
Fall asleep anywhere from 2-4 am.
Repeat.
God I can not wait to train again.....This Hectic life is Killing me.

Ha! I feel ya. Started drinking tons of coffee again and snacking on Tim Tams - which I never did when I was training regularly. Can't wait to get this cast off. Sigh.
